Holding a deep respect for all supportive relationships

I aim to open a reflective, restorative and collaborative space for us

Building on person centred counselling and training, begun in the late 90’s, individual client work since then has spanned mental health, end of life care settings, eating disorders and all sectors of education.

My work now takes place primarily within private practice.

Completing my research degree in Reflective Therapeutic Practice 2012, has enabled me to extend supervision to a range of professionals who can benefit from collaborative reflective practice including social workers, artists and medics.

I am a regular participant in a range of workshops, personal therapy, encounter groups and maintain a daily meditation practice.  I feel deeply rooted on a path of personal and professional development, increasingly through creative expression.
